TESNO catalog wheel sizes include 20, 24, 26, 27.5, 29 and 700C, together with selected 27.5+ and 29+ models. Available suspension travel ranges from 40 to 160mm. The correct combination depends on the frame, original fork dimensions, wheel and tire, axle, brake system and intended bicycle use.
Note: Do not select a fork only by wheel size or travel. Overall fork dimensions, frame geometry, steerer, axle and brake compatibility must also be reviewed.
TESNO offers air-spring and coil-spring configurations across different suspension fork models. Air forks may support pressure-based adjustment, while coil forks use a mechanical spring. Actual adjustment, travel and internal structure depend on the selected catalog configuration.
Do not self-interpret composite codes like "A-A". This code must be confirmed by TESNO before publication.
Fork steerer specifications must match the frame head tube, headset and installation requirements. TESNO catalog models include different aluminum, steel and combined steerer configurations, with model-specific diameter notation. The exact steerer diameter, taper, length and crown-race interface must be confirmed before ordering.
Important Notice
Do not convert TESNO catalog notation into “straight” or “tapered” claims unless the specific model is confirmed.
TESNO forks use different open-dropout and thru-axle structures. Catalog references include 9.8mm and 10mm open dropouts, 12mm, 15mm and 20mm thru axles, and 100, 110, 135 and 150mm width configurations. These dimensions are not interchangeable.
Selected MTB, fat bike, downhill and urban models use open dropout configurations.
Used on the TESNO GRAVEL model and selected customizable rigid fork projects.
Available on selected MTB, fat bike and downhill models.
Available on selected EXPLORE and EXPLORE-DH configurations.
Warning: Do not describe all TESNO forks as Quick Release, Boost or universal. Use those terms only when the actual model data confirms them.
Buyers must provide: Front hub width, Axle diameter, Axle type, Existing hub/wheel model, Dropout/thru-axle requirement, Bicycle application.
Most TESNO fork models use disc-brake configurations with catalog rotor references of 160, 180 or 203mm. The RAY urban fork also supports V-brake. Rotor diameter, caliper position, brake mount and wheel size must be confirmed for each fork model.
Note: Do not claim Post Mount, IS Mount, or Flat Mount unless the specific model data explicitly confirms it.
Request Brake Compatibility ReviewMaximum tire references in the TESNO catalog range from 2.0 to 5.0 inches, depending on fork model, crown pitch, wheel size and axle structure. Buyers must confirm both tire width and actual tire diameter before selecting a fork.
Catalog tire width is not a universal guarantee for every rim and tire combination. Actual tire shape, rim width and frame clearance must be reviewed.
Follow this 8-step process to gather the right technical data for a fast and accurate quotation.
Select MTB, fat bike, downhill, urban, gravel, rigid replacement or another project.

Non-standard steerer, axle, dimensions or rigid-fork customization may require additional review. Final MOQ, sample cost and lead time must be confirmed in the quotation.
Inspection requirements depend on fork type, model, customer drawing and approved sample. TESNO can review relevant dimensions, assembly, movement, surface and packaging according to the confirmed specification.
Fork packaging should protect the steerer, crown, stanchions, lower legs, brake interface, dropout, axle and adjustment controls. Packaging requirements vary by fork category, size, configuration and destination.
